Order Processing

Every EMUNI piece is printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Times & Costs

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping method:

Priority availability depends on your location and is offered at checkout when supported.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally. Please note:

International delivery times range from 10–30 business days depending on destination.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Please note that domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, reach out to us at [support email] with your order number and we'll look into it with our shipping carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
